Love is said to move mountains, break hearts, cause butterflies and change us profoundly. It's a powerful state that encompasses different processes: emotions, thoughts, biology, and actions. But how much do we know about love? How to safeguard it? Develop it? Are all loves the same?
Love for our profession, families, romantic partner, countries, and even ourselves. In the course, that can also be worked into a conference, we understand the different elements of love, how they work together, how to make it grow, and keep it safe. Participants leave understanding at a deeper level of the love songs they listen to and the poems they cherish.

One of the greatest choices we make is who we love and who we marry. The curious aspect of this choice, is that it is made repeatedly, sometimes weekly, daily, hourly, yearly. It is a strong yet fragile relationship, that we must care for. In this conference and/ or course, we dive deep into one of the most gratifying and stressful relationships—a marriage. What elements keep marriages happy? Successful? Filled with love and acceptance? Communication, great sex, friendship, acceptance, vulnerability: all them and none of them on their own. Participants will leave having a map as to what they can do within their relationships to keep it safe and make it as strong as steel, and as intimate as a whisper in our ear.

What we do is either produce them or hide from them. To live a life where we regulate them we must understand them, we can not tame something we do not comprehend. In this conference/course we work at pinpointing how emotions are caused, understand the graduality of different emotions, expand our emotional awareness and have tips and tricks to contain them, expand them and profoundly enjoy them.

It is said that we live in a constant state of stress. A demanding world with high expectations that we never seem to meet 100%.
Brené Brown describes that stress occurs when we evaluate our surrounding demands and consider ourselves unable to cope. We hope to help explain how stress works, there is actually a healthy level of stress that facilitates growth! And there is also a chronic state of stress that causes us to wither away slowly. Participants will leave understanding stress and its different manifestations, have identified their trigger points, and have a few more coping skills so that the world's demands seem manageable.
