Mental Health Workshop

H.o.p.e has a total of six workshops (for now!) in which you are able to grow and understand the different subjects they focus on. They can be taught to larger groups as well as small headcounts, they can also adapt to a certain time frame the attendees wish for. For example, if you and your friends wish to attend a Me? Workshop but have one single afternoon to spare, or you wish to have Parenting: How do I do that? For a group of parents in your local school for just a few hours, H.o.p.e can cater to both situations.
